Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal:
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing via email at hello@robertasneve.com or through our contact form within the 14-day period. We will provide instructions for returning the items.
2. Eligibility for Return:
Custom printed t-shirts, and signed art prints are generally considered personalized or custom-made items. As such, they may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or not as described. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
3. Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Provide your order number, contact details, and a description of the issue. Await instructions from our team on how to proceed with the return.
4. Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the items received are defective, damaged, or incorrect. In cases of eligible returns, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back the items safely.
5. Refund Process:
Upon receiving the returned items and verifying their condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. If the items are returned due to defects or inaccuracies, you will receive a full refund, including the original shipping cost. If you are returning items for reasons other than defects, the refund will cover the item's cost but not the original shipping cost.
6. Exceptions:
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt:
Customized items with specific personalizations requested by the customer. Items that have been used, altered, or show signs of wear and tear.
